Is my gift to WNYC tax-deductible?

Yes, your gift to WNYC is fully tax-deductible, minus the fair market value of any Thank You Gifts requested. We will send you a receipt for your contribution that can be used for tax purposes.

Will my gift to WNYC qualify for the on-air match?

If you call or e-pledge during an on-air matching gift period, your contribution will automatically be matched, because each electronic and phone contribution to WNYC is time-coded and later reconciled with matching gift hours.

Will WNYC share my name and address with other organizations?

At WNYC, we take your personal privacy very seriously. While we do currently exchange mailing lists with selected non-profits and other companies, we respect your privacy preferences. We do not sell or exchange email addresses. Please e-mail us at listenerservices@wnyc.org or call our Member-Listener Services hotline at (646) 829-4000 if you wish to classify your membership record as "No Exchange".

How can my employer match my gift to WNYC?

If you or your spouse works for a firm with a matching gift program, you can double or even triple your gift to WNYC. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, WNYC Radio is eligible for many employers' Corporate Matching Gifts programs. Simply obtain the form from your company's Human Resources Department, mail it to us at the address below and we'll do the rest!
