New York, NY —
Twenty-four City Council members faced challengers in this year’s primary elections. She defeated two-term City Councilman Alan Gerson with close to 40 percent of the vote. We checked in with Chin the day after her win to find out how she did it. WNYC’s Brigid Bergin has the story.
