Earlier this month, the New York State Supreme court issued a temporary injunction on the development of park land for a new restaurant. Today, folks from both sides are in court to fins out whether or not the injunction will remain. Geoffrey Croft, President and Founder of New York City Park Advocates explains how the development would demolish much needed playground space.
