Mark Russell, independent producer/curator working in New York City, producer of the Public Theater's Under the Radar festival, 
and Tarell McCraney, playwright and Yale graduate student, on the festival offering a sampling of up-and-coming theater artists from around the world.
The festival runs from January 17-28, 2007. Tickets are available through The Public Theatre.
