Rabbi Says Be Vigilant, Yet Open-Minded

Now that four suspects have been arraigned in federal court in White Plains in connection with an alleged terrorism plot against two Bronx synagogues, congregants are being advised to remain vigilant. Rabbi Eric Yoffie, president of the union for reform Judaism, says he's also asking people to stay open minded.

YOFFIE: It's important that we not stereotype large groups of people that we not make assumptions that somehow all Muslims are involved in terrorism. That obviously is not the case. Quite the opposite, we have strong ties to the Muslim community and this is the time for us to reaffirm those ties and work together.
