New York Senator Joe Bruno wants another investigation into the possible misuse of state police by Governor Spitzer. Bruno says because two of the governor's top aides have refused to testify under oath, greater doubt has been cast on a possible conspiracy against him.

BRUNO: This is not going to go away, not going to get swept under a rug until we know the truth.

REPORTER: Governor Spitzer's office says the state senate doesn't have the constitutional authority to investigate its internal operations, and that additional investigations would be a waste of taxpayer dollars.
