Yanks Waiting on Clemens

Roger Clemens, the pitcher seen as the Yankees' last chance to redeem their season, resumed his workouts at the New York Yankees' minor league complex today. He is still planning on making his 2007 debut Saturday against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

The 44-year-old right hander was supposed to start last night, against the Chicago White Sox, but he was scratched after complaining of what team officials called a "fatigued groin muscle." An MRI showed scar tissue in his right groin.
