Instead of calling 311, the Bloomberg administration is offering iPhone users a new way to get information from - or file a complaint with - city government. A new app identifies the user, determines the location, and allows for photo uploads. Mayor Bloomberg says he's a fan of mobile technology, but, 'Number one you have to put it in perspective...if you spend all your time on your hand held device...my advice is get a life. There's more to life than that. And you don't have to exchange 50 emails every 2 minutes...this is a tool,' he said.
