Now, his new cookbook, called Mi Cocina: Recipes and Rapture from My Kitchen in Mexico: A Cookbook, summarizes his favorite dishes from his adventures, from Oaxaca, to Sinaloa, to Mexico City. Martinez joins us to discuss Mexican cooking.
