Trump's Tweets, the Dem's Agenda and Other Campaign News

Jamil Smith, senior national correspondent for MTV news, and Ana Marie Cox, senior political correspondent for MTV News, founder of the blog “Wonkette” and contributor to The New York Times Magazine, give an update on what happened over Fourth of July weekend, including Trump's "star of David" tweet and the Democratic convention's platform.
Bernie Sanders is continuing to shape the Democratic Party's convention agenda, though he's says the standing positions don't go far enough. Ana Marie thinks it's a good thing – she says Sanders is a radical who's pushing long "overdue" positions for the party.

Amazing thing about the "sheriff's star" bullshit is that it's a bigger ask than simply saying it was a mistake.
