Comparing NY and NJ's Marijuana Legalization Efforts

On Wednesday morning, Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed the historic marijuana legalization law that the state legislature passed overnight, making New York the 15th state in the country with such laws, following New Jersey's legalization in February.
