United States Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ) connects his work in Congress with his New Jersey constituents.

Senator Menendez said he hasn't made a final decision yet on the Trans-Pacific Partnership, but he has concerns.

"I do believe in opening up markets, but I want it to be on a more level playing field when we do so. I think there's very little on currency manipulation [in the TPP]."

The senator also cited concerns about intellectual property rights, labor, human trafficking, and trade which might affect the ports of Elizabeth and Newark.
