The Misleading Rhetoric Around DACA

This week, Attorney General Jeff Sessions broke the news that the Trump administration would begin phasing out the Deferred Action for Child Arrivals program, which for five years has offered temporary protection from deportation for undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children. 

Writing in Slate, Mark Joseph Stern examined the misleading rhetoric used by Sessions to justify the decision. He and Bob discuss how partisan media have misrepresented the program.
