WNYC's Fred Mogul asked a city contact tracer to keep an audio diary of a day at work. WNYC's host Sean Carlson followed up with Dr. Ted Long, the city's director of the Test and Trace Corps, to see how the program is trying to address some of the issues the anonymous tracer meant throughout her day.
