The governor's race in New Jersey is still too close to call.
Republican challenger Jack Ciattarelli is leading Gov. Phil Murphy by 1,193 votes. The Associated Press estimates that 88 percent of the vote has been counted.
Many of the uncounted votes are likely mailed ballots, and those can continue to arrive with yesterday’s postmark until next Monday.
State Senate President Steven Sweeney (D-Gloucester) is also in trouble. He is trailing an unknown Republican challenger by 2,009 votes.
