Disruptions coming to private bus service in New Jersey

A third of people in the Garden State live without a car, and in some pockets of Jersey -- that number is much higher -- especially in Newark's South Ward. Many residents there rely on private buses to help get around without a car. But, a major disruption to those services is just a few weeks down the road.
