Patricia Marx interviews dancer Edward Villella, one of the leading dancers at the New York City Ballet under George Balanchine. Mr. Villella discusses how he became interested in ballet as a child, and how he knew that it was a venue that he had to pursue. Mr. Villella also shares his feelings regarding what gives him the most satisfaction regarding his work, and well as what he is trying to convey to the world through his dancing. In addition, he shares his favorite roles to perform, as well as what he considers to be the most important qualities in a ballet dancer.
