Author and activist Bill McKibben discusses President Obama’s newest proposals to address climate change. He also looks at the complicated relationship between electric-utility companies and alternative energy and how big, slow utility companies need to embrace new technologies and adapt more quickly in order to decrease carbon footprints across the country.
