The family of a man who was shot and killed by police last year is filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the city. WNYC's Yasmeen Khan reports the lawsuit claims officers made an illegal stop, then "recklessly" fired their weapons — killing both Antonio Williams and a fellow officer, Brian Mulkeen.
