A beloved New Jersey music festival in May will return to the Garden State after years away, but the comeback has been far from a victory lap.

In the months leading up to the first "Bamboozle" music festival since 2012, ticket buyers have said the event's promoter has failed to deliver on his promises of a return to the good old days.
