Feds possibly slowing MTA’s congestion pricing to avoid future trouble

It’s been three years since a plan to charge drivers that enter Manhattan below 60th Street won approval in Albany. It’s called congestion pricing, and the MTA is in charge of it. But it’s still just in the early phases.
