Iva Bennett talks about the excellent fish markets in New York City. Many fish to choose from. People hesitate to try new fish. Upstate Gannon had limited choices. Fish is an excellent protein food and can be used instead of meat. Fish also supplies iodine and iron, necessary nutrients. Also - copper and phosphorous. B vitamins and sometimes A vitamins. Some friends say they don't like to cook fish. Tells how to deal with the smell on your hands by rubbing on salt. Broiling and baking are good methods. Cooking time not long.
