FRONTLINE Goes Behind the Scenes of the Republican Party

Two new FRONTLINE documentaries from Michael Kirk, "Trump’s Takeover" and "McCain," go behind the scenes of the Republican Party. The films air on PBS in April 2018.

Filmmaker Michael Kirk discusses his two new FRONTLINE documentaries, Trump’s Takeover and McCain. Both documentaries explore the Republican Party through interviews with longtime Republican legislators, House Freedom Caucus members, senior White House officials, Trump confidantes, authors and journalists to paint a comprehensive picture of the current state of American politics.

Trump’s Takeover premieres April 10 at 10/9c pm on PBS stations and online at pbs.org/frontline. McCain premieres on April 17 at 10/9c pm on PBS.
