George Fowler and Alex Miller

Seymour Siegel interviews George Fowler, chairman of the State Commission on Human Rights, and Alex Miller, director of Community Services of the Anti-Defamation League B'nai B'rith. The speakers discuss the civil rights movement, the 1964 race issues in New Rochelle, the human rights movement, problems with police, and the increasing involvement of the public concerning human rights, as well as the relationships between the races.
