The "Brain City" project compares the workings of the city to the mechanics of your brain. For three minutes every night in November, screens in Times Square will go inside the brain (check it out from 11:57 to midnight) by projecting a video onto billboards and other screens as part of the "Midnight Moment" digital gallery. Documentary filmmaker Noah Hutton describes what the video and shows us about neuroscience, and director of public art for the Times Square Alliance, Sherry Dobbin, talks about how the Times Square Alliance is involved in this science and public art project.
