Governor Cuomo Signs A Series Of Police Reform Bills Into Law

After nearly two weeks of protests against police brutality, state lawmakers have responded to some of the demands of demonstrators by passing a package police reform measures including a law that would repeal a statute that allowed police to conceal disciplinary records for the public. Governor Cuomo signed the bills with a celebratory tone.
