New Yorkers Most Affected By Stop and Frisk React to Bloomberg's Apology

Former Mayor Michael Bloomberg has apologized for the way his administration handled the police tactic of Stop and Frisk, especially in communities of color. For years, Bloomberg adamantly defended the practice, even after a federal judge ruled in 2013 that the way the NYPD used Stop and Frisk was racially discriminatory and unconstitutional. Police stops increased nearly 600 percent during his tenure.
