Immigration enforcement looks a whole lot different now that President Biden has been inaugurated, with a 100-day pause on deportations and a narrowing of targets for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. But Biden says he’s just getting started -- a bill, sponsored by Sen. Bob Menendez of New Jersey, would give about 11 million undocumented immigrants a path to citizenship in eight years and expand the number of visas issued to foreigners. And immigrants would no longer be called "aliens" under federal law. They’d be "non-citizens."
