Mayor O'Dwyer speaks about the current lack of cancer treatment facilities and the prospects represented by the new Ewing Memorial Hospital in the fight against cancer. The mayor also urges the public's support of a referendum proposal to permit the city to borrow $150,000,000 for an expanded hospital program.
