Cynthia Nixon On Alternating Roles In 'The Little Foxes'

Tony winner Cynthia Nixon discusses her starring role in The Manhattan Theatre Club production of “The Little Foxes.” It tells the story of the Regina Giddens and her sister-in-law Birdie, and how they undercut one another to seek fortune in Alabama in 1900. Nixon and co-star Laura Linney switch roles as Regina and Birdie for each performance. The show has received 22 nominations, which is the more than any other production this season.
The Manhattan Theatre Club's production of "The Little Foxes" runs through July 2 at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th St., between Broadway and 8th Ave.).
