While New York City public schools have gone fully remote after the city hit a three percent COVID-19 positivity rate, some suburban school districts in our area are moving to more in-person instruction.
The South Huntington school district in Suffolk County transitioned kindergarten and third grade students to full in-person learning last week, and brought back first and fourth graders on Monday.
