Low Levels Of Marijuana No Longer Seized In Airports

A spokesman for the Port Authority, which operates JFK and LaGuardia Airports, said the agency enforces state laws, so it no longer issues tickets, confiscates marijuana or arrests New Yorkers who possess and transport up to three ounces of the drug in airports.
