Mayor Bill de Blasio says law enforcement authorities are seeking Ahmad Khan Rahami, a 28-year-old resident of Elizabeth, New Jersey, in connection with Saturday night's explosion in Chelsea.
The mayor says Rahami should be considered armed and dangerous. While it's unclear what his connection to the explosion is, de Blasio says anyone with knowledge of Rahami's whereabouts should alert the police.
