Whatever it was, it was the FIRST EVER Micropolis Live event: a gathering of around 80 people at The Greene Space in lower Manhattan, all of them committed, if for only one evening, to utensil-free dining.
Watch a clip of Micropolis host Arun Venugopal and Madhur Jaffrey, a world authority on Indian food, discuss the sensual and sentimental pleasures of eating with one's hand. Below that, you'll find video of the entire event.
