The remote learning era in New Jersey will come to an end with the start of the next school year. Governor Phil Murphy is urging more than 80 districts that are still on an all-remote schedule to bring students back into physical classrooms. NJ Spotlight education reporter and founding editor John Mooney spoke with WNYC's Michael Hill on the debate over whether to bring students back to schools in the remote districts, which has led to protests and accusations of unofficial teacher strikes.
