New York building inspector gives his tips on checking buildings for structural flaws

Some New Yorkers may be looking for signs of wear in their own homes following the collapse of that 7-story building in the Bronx this week. It's still unclear what caused the corner of the structure to fall suddenly. But not every crack in the wall amounts to catastrophe.
