Is New York City's infrastructure ready for a more active hurricane season this year?

For years, weather-related events have taken a substantial toll on New York City's infrastructure, especially during hurricane season. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration — or NOAA — has forecast a much more active than usual season this year.
