The clarification comes after Tom Kean Jr. told those gathered at a forum he supports a "woman's right to choose" — except in cases of incest or rape, or a threat to the mother’s health. At the forum, confused audience members sought clarity. At the time, Kean (R-Westfield) only doubled down on the statement.
