NJ environmentalists look ahead on a clean future after wind farm plans collapse

The Danish company Orsted pulled out of its plans for two major wind farm projects off the New Jersey coast, saying they were no longer financially viable. The move dealt a major blow to Governor Phil Murphy's ambitious climate goals for the state.

Jeff Tittel is an environmentalist and the former director of the New Jersey Sierra Club. He joined WNYC's Michael Hill to talk about how the collapse of Orsted's wind farm plans will change the state's environmental landscape.
