Progressive activists around New Jersey were watching this week a local non-partisan election over a small town mayor. They were hoping that the slate of Kate Delany, Bill Johnson and Jen Rossi in Collingswood would create a crack in the wall of the party machine run by George Norcross.
It didn't work out that way.
