
Hospitals in New Jersey are starting to see some relief as the number of COVID-19 patients requiring hospitalization continues to drop. It’s a metric officials are watching closely as Governor Phil Murphy weighs how — and when — to reopen the state's economy. But while hospitalizations in the north and central regions of the state are dropping and leveling off, at least one hospital in Atlantic County says its still seeing increases in patients. WNYC’s Karen Yi spoke to All Things Considered host Jami Floyd about how the outbreak has migrated south.
