#NoBreakNoBill: Democrats Still Sitting-In for Gun Legislation

House Democrats are staging a sit-in on the House floor to demand Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) not to recess the House without voting on gun legislation, including the 'No Fly, No Buy' legislation and a universal background check bill.
Representative Joe Courtney, who's been participating in the sit-in, called to give an update. He says that he was involved in shaping some of the gun legislation in Connecticut after the Newtown shooting, and compared to those laws the two bills on the Senate floor were "very mild, mainstream measures."
Folks who criticize what happened on the floor yesterday have very short memories, says @RepJoeCourtney referencing gov't shutdown in 2013.

Does this mean tonight’s annual congressional baseball game is off? Republicans vs. Democrats. @MelindaDC wonders... #NoBillNoBreak
