The NYPD is shifting the way it enforces social distancing: officers will now focus on large gatherings and no longer issue summonses or make arrests solely for failure to wear a face covering. Civilian agencies and community groups will primarily handle engaging the public on social distancing and handing out masks. WNYC's Yasmeen Khan reports.
