A Family Adopts a Chimp, Struggles with Communication

Brooklyn-based author Kaitlyn Greenidge talks about her debut novel We Love You, Charlie Freeman which explores issues of race, family and language. It tells the story of the Freeman family who decides to participate in a research study, adopts a chimpanzee and must use sign language to communicate with him.
