Getting 10,000 Syrian Refugees into the United States

President Obama has announced that the U.S. will take in at least 10,000 displaced Syrians over the next year. Eleanor Acer, senior director of refugee protection at Human Rights First, discusses the logistics as well as the politics of accepting the refugees.
