Princess Margaret and Lord Snowdon

The Earl of Snowdon admires a jeweled rose presented to his wife, Princess Margaret of Britain, by New York City Mayor Robert Wagner, during a reception at City Hall on November 22, 1965.

Mayor Wagner during Princess Margaret's visit to New York City salutes the royal family for its dignity and integrity, saying New York City is a historic place named after the Duke of York.
