Reefer, Managed: Legalize or Decriminalize?

In the third and final week of our "Reefer, Managed" series, we ask listeners to reflect, especially on the issue of whether they're more for full legalization versus decriminalization. 

@BrianLehrer I became more in favor of legalization of marijuana after visiting Massachusetts. Everybody seemed to be so happy and how nice to see that in these challenging times.

How would sales from one legal state to another be regulated? If NY prices are higher than CA, could I buy it online from CA and have it shipped here w/o violating the law?

@BrianLehrer two issues with legal weed: the incredibly high THC contents, and , putting it in sweets/snack food that will increase likelihood of people over-consuming. Marketing this should regulated. Perhaps the legalization can help the THC-content issue
