Blizzard Resources for Homeless New Yorkers

A homeless man begs for money on a Manhattan street.

The NYC Department of Homeless Services recommends calling 311 to dispatch an outreach team for homeless New Yorkers in harsh weather (911 for emergencies). Here’s where you can refer or help homeless individuals get to for food and shelter. Through the storm, any individual seeking shelter is allowed to enter any shelter for single adults.
