Director Brett Haley and actor Sam Elliott join us to discuss their new film, "The Hero." Elliott plays a Western movie star past his prime. As he reevaluates his life, he hopes to reconnect with his daughter and land one last great role.

"The Hero" opens June 9 at the Angelika Film Center (18 W Houston, between Mercer St. and Broadway) and AMC Loews Lincoln Square (1998 Broadway, between 67th and 68th St.). Brett Haley and Sam Elliott will hold a Q&A June 9 after the 7 p.m. show at the Angelika Film Center. Laura Prepon and Brett will also do Q&As on June 10 and 11 after the 7 p.m. shows.
