
With Election Day less than a month away, the Senate Judiciary Committee began hearings into Amy Coney Barrett, President Trump's nominee to fill the Supreme Court seat left vacant by the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Potentially on the line: Roe v. Wade, LGBTQ+ rights, the Affordable Care Act, and who knows what other issues will appear before the court during what would be Barret's lifelong tenure on the highest court in the land.
